Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

• Perishable Products (Coffee Beans):

  • Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for coffee beans unless there is a quality issue or a mistake with your order.
  • If you believe your coffee beans were defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

• Non-Perishable Products (Merchandise/Accessories):

  • Non-perishable items, such as merchandise or brewing accessories, may be returned within 5 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Process

• For quality concerns or incorrect orders:

  • Contact us at contact@arisecoffeeroasters.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the product.
  • Upon review, if the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

• For non-perishable returns:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
