Perishable Products (Coffee Beans):
- Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for coffee beans unless there is a quality issue or a mistake with your order.
- If you believe your coffee beans were defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Non-Perishable Products (Merchandise/Accessories):
- Non-perishable items, such as merchandise or brewing accessories, may be returned within 5 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Process

- Upon review, if the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.

- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
